摘要
为了提高室内空间使用率并避免晾晒于室外的衣物被雨淋湿的问题,设计了一款占用空间小、自动化程度较高且能防雨的智能晾衣架,首先设计丝杠升降机构并验算其强度和寿命,其次设计可收合平移机构并通过ANSYS Workbench软件进行静力学分析,然后设计带防雨功能的手自一体操控系统,最后制作物理样机进行模拟工作试验与强度验证试验,结果表明:该智能晾衣架操作方便简易、运行稳定可靠、满足使用需求,设计方案可行,为智能防雨晾衣架的设计提供一种思路和方法。
In order to improve the utilization rate of indoor space and protect the clothes from getting wet in the rain,an intelli⁃gent airer with small size,which is high degree of automation and rain proof is designed.Firstly,the screw lifting mechanism is designed and its strength and life are checked.Secondly,the retractable translation mechanism is designed and its static analysis was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software.Then,manual control system and automatic rain proof system is designed.Fi⁃nally,a physical prototype is made to carry out simulation work test and strength verification test.The results show that the intelli⁃gent airer is easy to operate,stable and reliable,and can meet the needs of use.The design scheme of the intelligent airer is feasi⁃ble,which provides a kind of idea and method for the design of intelligent rain proof airer.
