摘要
为了更好地利用加工资源、完成加工目标、节省企业生产成本,介绍一种以Unity3D和MySQL为工具,基于增强现实技术,可在智能手机上流畅运行的机加工信息资源库管理系统。首先,根据AR技术特点,规范数据结构,构建数据库框架体系,对已确定工艺规程的待加工零件进行数据处理;其次,使用MySQL数据库管理系统,选取典型零件工艺信息构建数据实例,建立加工工艺数据库,服务于基于Unity3D搭建的AR应用平台;最后,实现AR平台与资源库之间的连接通信,通过增强现实技术将加工信息与操作步骤融合到移动设备中,提高空间感和画面性,辅助完成加工任务。
In order to make better use of processing resources,complete processing goals,and save enterprise production costs,this paper introduces a machining information resource database management system that uses Unity3D and MySQL as tools,based on augmented reality technology,and can run smoothly on smartphones.First,according to the characteristics of AR technology,standardize the data structure,build a database framework system,and perform data processing on the parts to be processed for which the process specifications have been determined;Secondly,use the MySQL database management system to select typical part process information to construct data examples and establish a processing process database to serve the AR application plat⁃form built on Unity3D;Finally,realize the connection and communication between the AR platform and the resource library,and integrate the processing information and operation steps into the mobile device through augmented reality technology to improve the sense of space and graphics,and assist in completing the processing tasks.
