城市轨道交通接触网设备可视化运维管理方案

摘要 结合轨道交通接触网专业的固有特点,针对在日常运营维护管理中需要优化的问题,提出基于3D建模的接触网设备可视化运维管理系统的构想。通过对接触网零部件的3D建模,将接触网系统设备管理数据、运行参数、检修维护记录、故障隐患排查记录等日常运维数据集中管理,并运用图形化手段,实现接触网设备管理的可视化。通过可视化运维管理系统的应用,运维管理人员可实时掌握现场设备的运行状态,提高运维管理效率,降低运维人员的劳动强度。管理系统对历史运维数据的总结和分析,亦为实现全面运维管理的数字化、信息化奠定了基础。 The operation is affected by various environmental factors,and the system has no hot standby.Based on the inherent characteristics of the rail transit catenary profession and the problems that need to be optimized in daily operation and maintenance management,a concept of a 3D modeling based visual operation and maintenance management system for catenary equipment is proposed.By 3D modeling the components of the overhead contact system,daily operation and maintenance data such as equipment management data,operating parameters,maintenance records,and troubleshooting records of the overhead contact system are centrally managed,and graphical means are used to achieve visualization of overhead contact system equipment management.Through the application of a visual operation and maintenance management system,operation and maintenance managers can real-time grasp the operating status of onsite equipment,improve operation and maintenance management efficiency,and reduce the labor intensity of operation and maintenance personnel.The summary and analysis of historical operation and maintenance data by the management system also lays the foundation for the digitization and informatization of comprehensive operation and maintenance management.
