摘要
汽轮机快冷多数采用空气和蒸汽两种介质,主要有抽真空冷却、压缩空气冷却和利用辅助汽源进行冷却三种冷却方式。针对我厂的100%高压旁路2×32.5%低压旁路技术特点,采用了抽真空冷却法,能有效地控制温降速率,减少停机后缸温冷却时间,降低厂用电率,增加发电量,提高机组利用率。
The rapid cooling of steam turbines mostly uses two media:air and steam,with three main cooling methods:vacuum cooling,compressed air cooling,and cooling using auxiliary steam sources.For our factory's 100% high-pressure bypass,2×32.5% low-pressure bypass technology features vacuum cooling method,which can effectively control the temperature drop rate,reduce the cylinder temperature cooling time after shutdown,reduce the auxiliary power consumption rate,increase power generation,and improve unit utilization.
