体育参与对初中生抗逆力的影响研究——自我效能的中介作用

Effects of Sports Participation on Resilience of Junior High School Students:A Study on the Mediating Effect of self-efficacy

目的:以自我调节理论为切入点,检验初中生的体育参与和自我效能对其抗逆力的影响。方法:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法与数理统计法等方法对基于中国教育追踪调查(CEPS2013-2014学年)数据提出研究假设路径并进行系统性分析。结果:“体育参与→抗逆力”的显著性系数为0.274,初中生的体育参与对其抗逆力的发展具有直接正向影响被证实;“自我效能→抗逆力”的显著性系数为0.330,初中生的自我效能对其抗逆力的发展具有直接正向影响被证实;自我效能在“体育参与→抗逆力”的路径分析中总效果系数为0.4545,且95%的置信区间为1.7665~1.8488,区间无0,自我效能的部分中介作用被得到证实。结论:初中生的体育参与和自我效能均能提高其抗逆力,且自我效能在“体育参与→抗逆力”的路径中起到部分中介作用。

Purpose:according to the theory of self-adjustment as the breakthrough point,taking part in the physical inspection of the junior middle school students and self-efficacy on its art force method:using the literature material method,logic analysis and mathematical statistics method based on Chinese education track(CEPS2013-2014 school year)data is put forward research hypothesis path and systematic analysis of the results:the significance of sports participation in art force coefficient is 0.274,junior middle school students of sports participation has a direct positive influence on the development of its art force was confirmed;The significance coefficient of self-efficacy and resilience was 0.330.It was confirmed that self-efficacy of junior high school students had a direct positive impact on the development of resilience.Self-efficacy in sports participation in art force the path analysis of total effect coefficient is 0.4545,and 95%confidence interal,1.7665-1.8488 range 0,partial mediating role of self-efficacy was confirmed conclusion:junior high school students of sports participation and self-efficacy can improve its art force,and self-efficacy plays a part in the sports participation in the path of active force intermediary role.
