发达国家网球运动员培养模式及启示

The Model of Tennis Player Training in Developed Countries and Its Enlightenment

科学的培养模式对运动员的发展至关重要。本文通过文献资料法和对比分析法,从运动员选材、训练体系、竞赛体系和融资渠道这4个方面分析美、日等发达国家的网球运动员培养模式,发现发达国家在运动员选材方面注重扩充后备人才基数,在训练体系方面强调因材施教,在竞赛体系方面注重创造运动员之间的竞争力,在融资渠道方面也采取多元化的集资方式。再探究我国的网球运动员培养模式现状并与发达国家做对比,提出:(1)充分发挥运动员的主观能动性,强调兴趣培养;(2)加强“体教融合”,解决“学训矛盾”,促进运动员全面发展;(3)完善竞赛体系,提升竞赛水平;(4)拓宽融资渠道,探索多元化、多角度赞助方案的建议,为今后我国网球的可持续发展提供理论依据。

Scientific training mode is crucial to the development of athletes.Through literature method and comparative method,this article from the athletes selecting,training system and competition system and the analysis of the financing channels of the four aspects of the United States,Japan and other developed countries tennis athletes training mode,found that the developed countries pay attention to the expansion of reserve talented person base in athletes selecting,emphasized in training system according to their aptitude,pay attention to create a competitive between athletes in competition system,has also diversified financing ways in the financing channels.To explore our country's tennis athletes training mode the status quo and comparing with the developed country,and put forward the(1)give full play to the subjective initiative of athletes,emphasize the interest cultivation;(2)to strengthen“teaching fused”,solve the contradictions between learning and promote the comprehensive development of athletes;(3)perfect competition system,enhance the level of competition;(4)broaden the financing channels,explore diversified and multi-angle sponsorship package suggestion,as to provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of tennis in China in the future.
