PELNAC移植+NPWT技术修复下肢糖尿病溃疡创面的临床研究

A CLINICAL STUDY OF PELNAC TRANSPLANTATION AND NPWT TECHNIQUE IN THE REPAIR OF LOWER LIMB DIABETIC ULCER WOUND

目的探讨下肢糖尿病溃疡创面的治疗方法。方法将242例糖尿病软组织溃疡患者随机分为两组,各121例。对照组给予清创、换药、外用生物敷料、银离子敷料、功能性敷料等;治疗组给予清创,PELNAC+自体断层皮片+NPWT修复治疗。观察两组疗效等。结果治疗组有效率为98.3%,显著高于对照组的87.6%(χ^(2)=10.69,P=0.001);换药次数、治疗费用、愈合及住院时间均明显少于对照组(t=21.56138.40,P<0.01);治疗组截肢率为1.65%,显著低于对照组12.4%(χ^(2)=10.69,P=0.001)。结论分析PELNAC移植+NPWT技术修复下肢糖尿病溃疡创面疗效显著。

Objective To explore the treatment of lower limb diabetes ulcer wounds.Methods 242 patients with diabetes soft tissue ulcer were randomly divided into two groups,121 patients in each group.The control group was given debridement,dressing change,topical biological dressings,silver ion dressings,functional dressings,etc;The treatment group was treated with debridement,PELNAC,autologous fault skin graft,and NPWT repair.Observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 98.3%,significantly higher than 87.6%of the control group(χ^(2)=10.69,P=0.001);The frequency of dressing changes,treatment costs,healing,and hospital stay in the control group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=21.56-138.40,P<0.01);The amputation rate in the treatment group was 1.65%,significantly lower than the control group's 12.4%(χ^(2)=10.69,P=0.001).Conclusion PELNAC transplantation+NPWT technique is effective in repairing lower limb diabetes ulcer wounds.
