脊柱内镜下腰椎管减压术后连续医用三氧椎管内注射治疗腰椎管狭窄的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨LSS的治疗方法。方法将60例LSS随机分为两组,各30例。两组均行UBE椎管减压术,术后对照组常规处置,观察组给予医用三氧。观察两组疼痛及刀口愈合情况。结果观察组VAS、刀口肿胀及渗出评分改善程度就优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对行UBE椎管减压术的LSS患者术后给予医用三氧有助于增强镇痛效果,加快刀口愈合。 Objective To explore the treatment methods for LSS.Methods 60 cases of LSS were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases.Both groups underwent UBE spinal canal decompression surgery.The control group received routine treatment after surgery,while the observation group received medical oxygen therapy.Observe the pain and healing of the incision in both groups.Results The improvement in VAS,knife swelling,and exudation scores in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Postoperative administration of medical trioxide to LSS patients undergoing UBE spinal canal decompression surgery can enhance the analgesic effect and accelerate the healing of the incision.
