通用人工智能模型在司法场景中的应用展望

Application Prospects for General Artificial Intelligence Model in Judicial Scenarios

通用人工智能模型是一类人工智能模型及其功能的总称,与传统人工智能模型被设计完成特定任务的属性不同,该类模型具有解决多种类型任务的通用能力,是完成各类复杂具体任务的基础,因而也被称为“基础模型”。本文从传统人工智能技术方法广泛应用于司法场景过程中暴露的一些技术瓶颈和问题出发,论述了通用人工智能模型在司法场景中的应用优势,阐明了通用人工智能模型在司法场景下的四类典型应用:辅助事实查明、辅助文书写作、辅助法律检索及辅助法律咨询。同时,分析了通用人工智能模型在司法场景下的应用风险,从输入和输出两个层面讨论了通用人工智能模型在司法场景中的应用规制。

General AI Model is a general term for a type of artificial intelligence model and its functions.Different from the traditional artificial intelligence model designed to complete specific tasks,this type of model has the general ability to solve a variety of tasks.It is also called"foundation model"since it is the basis for completing various complex specific tasks.Starting from the technical bottlenecks and problems exposed in the application of traditional artificial intelligence technology in judicial scenarios,this paper discusses the advantages of General AI Model in judicial scenarios and elaborates on its four typical applications in judicial scenarios,i.e.assisting in fact finding,document writing,legal retrieval and legal consultation.Besides,this paper analyzes the risks of applying General AI Model in judicial scenarios and discusses the regulation of this model from the input and output aspects.
