单孔腹腔镜在妇科疾病中的应用效果研究

Analysis of the Application Eff ect of Single Hole Laparoscopy in Gynecological Diseases

探究单孔腹腔镜在妇科疾病中的应用效果。选取2020年1月—2023年1月贵州医科大学附属白云医院妇产科收治的100例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式将其平均分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。其中,观察组采用单孔腹腔镜手术,对照组采用常规腹腔镜手术,即多孔腹腔镜手术,对比两组患者手术效果、卵巢功能状态以及手术后并发症情况。结果显示,两组患者术中出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组手术时间更长,术后排气时间、住院时间更短,术后72 hVAS评分更低,美容满意度评分更高(P<0.05)。术后30 d,两组患者E2水平均显著降低,FSH及LH水平显著提高,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,单孔腹腔镜手术在妇科临床中安全有效,具有微创性、美观性、术后疼痛少等特性,但经脐单孔腹腔镜手术操作难度大,手术时间较长,应结合患者情况选择具体术式。

Explore the application eff ect of single hole laparoscopy in gynecological diseases.From January 2020 to January 2023,100 patients with ovarian cyst who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of The Affiliated Baiyun Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.Among them,the observation group used single hole Laparoscopy,and the control group used conventional Laparoscopy,that is,multi hole Laparoscopy.The eff ect,ovarian function recovery and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.The results showed that there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in intraoperative bleeding between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had longer surgical time,shorter postoperative exhaust time,shorter hospital stay,lower postoperative VAS score at 72 hours,and higher cosmetic satisfaction score(P<0.05).30 days after surgery,the E2 levels of both groups of patients were signifi cantly reduced,while the FSH and LH levels were signifi cantly increased,but there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the groups(P>0.05).The study found that the single hole Laparoscopy is safe and eff ective in gynecological clinical practice,with prominent characteristics of minimally invasive,aesthetic,less postoperative pain,etc.,but the single hole Laparoscopy through the umbilical cord is diffi cult to operate,and the operation time is long,so the specifi c operation can be selected according to the patient’s situation.
