健康教育及饮食护理对妊娠糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响研究

Study on the Infl uence of Health Education and Diet Nursing on Pregnancy Outcome of GDM

探究健康教育及饮食护理对妊娠糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响。选取2021年2月—2023年2月贵州水矿控股集团总医院收治的62例妊娠糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,采用双盲法将孕妇分为实施一般护理的泛例组(n=31)和实施健康教育+饮食护理的应用组(n=31)。对比两组孕妇健康认知得分、血糖变化、不良妊娠结局发生率、护理服务满意率和自我护理能力评分。结果显示,应用组健康认知得分高于泛例组(P<0.05),护理后应用组血糖水平显著低于泛例组(P<0.05),应用组不良妊娠结局发生率低于泛例组(P<0.05),应用组护理服务总满意率高于泛例组(P<0.05),应用组自我护理能力评分高于泛例组(P<0.05)。研究发现,将健康教育+饮食护理应用于妊娠糖尿病孕妇,能够帮助孕妇提升疾病认知水平,稳定血糖,预防不良妊娠结局,增强自我护理能力,孕妇满意率高,护理效果显著。

To evaluate the eff ect of health education and diet nursing on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with diabetes.62 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the General Hospital of Guizhou Water and Mineral Holding Group from February 2021 to February 2023 were taken as the subjects of the study.The pregnant women were divided into a general case group(n=31)and an application group(n=31)that implemented health education+diet care.Compare the health cognition scores,blood glucose changes,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,satisfaction rate of nursing services,and self-care ability scores between two groups of pregnant women.The results showed that the health cognition score of the application group was higher than that of the general example group(P<0.05),After nursing,the blood glucose levels in the application group were signifi cantly lower than those in the general group(P<0.05),The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the application group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),The overall satisfaction rate of the application group was higher than that of the general group(P<0.05),The self-care score of the application group was higher than that of the general group(P<0.05).The study found that the application of health education+diet care to pregnant women with diabetes in pregnancy can improve their awareness of disease,stabilize their blood sugar,prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improve their self-care ability.The sat-isfaction rate of pregnant women is high,and the nursing eff ect is signifi cant.
