在神经内科护理管理中精细化管理的应用价值研究

Study on Application Value of Fine Management in Nursing Management of Neurology

研究在神经内科护理管理中应用精细化管理的价值。选取潍坊市坊子区人民医院2022年1月—2023年3月接收诊治的70例神经内科患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签的方式分为实验组和对照组,每组各35例。实验组患者的护理管理采用精细化管理方式,对照组患者的护理管理采用常规管理方式,统计两组患者不良事件的发生率、护理质量、护理满意度,并对其数据进行分析比较。结果显示,实验组患者不良事件的发生率明显低于对照组,而护理质量、护理满意度优于对照组,差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,在神经内科护理的管理中,精细化管理不仅减少了不良事件的发生,同时还提高了护理质量和患者在医院治疗的护理满意度,值得在临床上应用推广。

To study the value of fi ne management in nursing management of Neurology.Seventy patients in Neurology who were diagnosed and treated in Fangzi District People’s Hospital of Weifang City from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.The nursing management of the experimental group patients adopts a refi ned management approach,while the nursing manage-ment of the control group patients adopts a conventional management approach.The incidence of adverse events,nursing quality,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients are statistically analyzed and compared.The results showed that the inci-dence of adverse events in the experimental group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group,while nursing quality and satisfaction were better than those in the control group,with signifi cant diff erences and statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The study found that in the nursing management of Neurology department,refi ned management not only reduced the occurrence of adverse events,but also improved the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients with nursing care in hospital,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
