普外科伤口感染相关因素分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Factors Related to Wound Infection in General Surgery

探究普外科伤口感染的相关因素及降低伤口感染发生率的有效措施,提高普外科的治疗水平。选取2021年1月—2022年12月黔西南州兴义市白碗窑镇卫生院普通外科收治的100例伤口感染患者作为研究对象。对患者的切口类型、年龄、手术时间、手术性质、住院时间、外伤时限等信息进行分析。结果显示,患者的伤口感染与患者的切口类型、年龄、手术时间、手术性质、住院时间、外伤时限相关性较大,以上因素对伤口感染的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,影响普外科伤口感染的因素较多,要针对相关因素实施针对性措施,减少伤口感染率的发生,提高普外科治疗水平。

Explore the relevant factors of wound infection in general surgery and eff ective measures to reduce the incidence of wound infection,in order to improve the treatment level of general surgery.From January 2021 to December 2022,100 patients with wound infection who were admitted to the General Surgery Department of the Baiwanyao Health Center in Xingyi City,Southwest Guizhou Province,were selected as the study subjects.Analyze the patient’s incision type,trauma duration,age,sur-gical nature,surgical time,hospitalization time,and other information.The results showed that there was a signifi cant correlation between the wound infection of patients and their incision type,trauma duration,age,surgical nature,surgical time,and hospital stay.The impact of these factors on wound infection was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Research has found that there are many factors that aff ect wound infection in general surgery,and targeted measures should be implemented to reduce the incidence of wound infection and improve the level of general surgical treatment.
