肩关节镜下关节囊松解术联合肩关节功能锻炼治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Shoulder Arthroscopy Joint Capsule Release Combined with Shoulder Joint Functional Exercise in the Treatment of Frozen Shoulder

为分析在肩关节周围炎患者的临床治疗中肩关节镜下关节囊松解术联合肩关节功能锻炼的应用价值。选取2021年1月—2022年7月仁怀市中医院收治的80例肩关节周围炎患者作为研究对象,通过双盲法分为参照组和实验组,参照组(n=40)接受常规保守治疗;实验组(n=40)接受肩关节镜下关节囊松解术联合肩关节功能锻炼治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛评分、肩关节相关功能评分、相关并发症的发生率。结果显示,治疗前两组患者的疼痛评分对比无意义(P>0.05),治疗后实验组患者的疼痛评分比参照组低(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的肩关节功能评分对比无意义(P>0.05),治疗后实验组患者的肩关节功能评分比参照组高(P<0.05);两组患者的并发症发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,在肩关节周围炎患者的临床治疗中实施肩关节镜下关节囊松解术联合肩关节功能锻炼治疗的效果更好,值得推广应用。

To analyze the application value of shoulder arthroscopy Joint capsule release combined with shoulder joint functional exercise in the clinical treatment of frozen shoulder patients.80 patients with frozen shoulder who were admitted to Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,Conventional conservative treatment was received by double-blind division into a reference group(n=40);The experimental group(n=40)received shoulder arthroscopic capsulolysis combined with shoulder functional exercise.The pain scores,shoulder related function scores,and related complication rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The shoulder joint function score and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The results showed that there was no signifi cant difference in shoulder joint function scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);After treatment,the score of shoulder joint function in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients showed no signifi cant diff erence(P>0.05).The study found that the effect of shoulder arthroscopy joint capsule release combined with shoulder joint functional exercise was better in the clinical treatment of frozen shoulder patients.
