锁定接骨板内固定治疗锁骨骨折临床效果评析

Clinical Evaluation of Locking Plate Internal Fixation for Clavicle Fracture

为探究在锁骨骨折患者中应用锁定接骨板内固定治疗的临床效果,选取2020年1月—2022年12月期间济南市莱芜区口镇街道社区卫生服务中心收治的60例锁骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照双盲法分为两组,每组各30例。对比组实施重建接骨板内固定治疗,分析组实施锁定接骨板内固定治疗,对两组患者相关功能指标、治疗前后生活质量、骨折恢复情况、并发症发生率进行分析。结果显示,治疗前,分析组患者生活质量和对比组接近(P>0.05),治疗后,分析组患者相关功能指标、生活质量、骨折恢复情况、并发症发生率都优于对比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,目前在锁骨骨折的治疗中,安全有效的方案很多,其中锁定接骨板内固定治疗优势明显,从长期看效果更好,更有利于患者提升预后,安全性更高,应在该领域广泛推广应用。

To explore the clinical effect of locking plate internal fi xation in the treatment of Clavicle fracture.From January 2020 to December 2022,60 patients with Clavicle fracture who were admitted to Kouzhen community health service center in Laiwu District,Jinan were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The comparison group was treated with reconstruction plate internal fi xation,while the analysis group was treated with locking plate internal fi xation.Relevant functional indicators,quality of life before and after treatment,fracture recovery,and incidence of complications were analyzed for both groups of patients.The results showed that before treatment,the quality of life of patients in the analysis group was similar to that of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the relevant functional indicators,quality of life,fracture recovery,and complication incidence of patients in the analysis group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The research found that there are many safe and effective schemes in the treatment of Clavicle fracture at present,among which the locking plate internal fi xation has obvious advantages,and has better long-term effect,which is more conducive to improving the prognosis of patients,and has higher safety.It should be widely used in this fi eld.
