不典型肺结核的X线与CT诊断价值比较研究

Comparative Study on the Diagnostic Value of X-ray and CT in Atypical Pulmonary Tuberculosis

为评价不典型肺结核的X线及CT诊断价值,选取2021年12月—2022年12月六盘水市老鹰山医院收治的不典型肺结核患者92例进行研究。随机抽取X线检查46例并作为参比组,剩余46例采用CT检查并作为应用组。对两种诊断技术检出率、检出结果、漏诊误诊率展开分析。结果显示,应用组检出率高于参比组(P<0.05);应用组肺门淋巴结、肺叶实变、磨玻璃密度型、气管支气管结核、结节检出率高于参比组(P<0.05);应用组诊断不典型肺结核灵敏度、特异度、准确度高于参比组(P<0.05);应用组误诊、漏诊概率低于参比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,X线技术和CT在诊断不典型肺结核疾病中达到相似诊断结果。但此次研究结果显示,与X线诊断相比,CT诊断在检出率、误诊漏诊率方面有显著优势,值得推广采用。

To evaluate the diagnostic value of X-ray and CT for atypical pulmonary tuberculosis,a study was conducted on 92 atypical pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to Laoyingshan Hospital in Zhongshan District,Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province from December 2021 to December 2022.Randomly select 46 cases for X-ray examination and serve as the reference group,while the remaining 46 cases are examined by CT and serve as the application group.Analyze the detection rate,detection results,and missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rates of the two diagnostic techniques.The results showed that there was a difference in the detection rate between the application group and the reference group(P<0.05).The detection rates of hilar lymph nodes,lobar consolidation,ground glass density type,tracheobronchial tuberculosis,and nodules in the application group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were differences in sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy between X-ray diagnosis of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis and CT diagnosis(P<0.05).There were differences in misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis between the application group and the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that both X-ray technology and CT have achieved similar diagnostic results in diagnosing atypical pulmonary tuberculosis diseases.However,the results of this study show that compared with X-ray diagnosis,CT diagnosis has significant advantages in detection rate,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate,and is worth promoting and adopting.
