妇科炎症感染中微生物检验方法效果分析

摘要 探究妇科炎症感染中差异化微生物检验方法的效果。选取2022年1月—2022年12月贵州省贵阳市妇幼保健院检验科收治的136例妇科炎症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各68例。实验组应用凝集法进行微生物检验,对照组应用常规培养法进行检验。对比分析两种检测方式的阳性检出率与患者的满意度。结果显示,实验组患者的阳性检出率和患者的满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用凝集法进行微生物检验可以提高妇科炎症感染的阳性检出率,从而更加准确地确定感染病原体,对于指导临床治疗具有重要意义。同时,该方法也可以提高患者的满意度,减轻患者不必要的痛苦和焦虑。凝集法是妇科炎症感染中微生物检验的一种可行选择。 Evaluate the effectiveness of differential microbiological testing methods in gynecological inflammatory infections.The survey was conducted from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022.A total of 136 patients with gynecological inflammation were included and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group used agglutination method for microbiological testing,while the control group used conventional culture method for testing.The positive detection rate of the two detection methods and patient satisfaction were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the positive detection rate of the experimental group was higher,indicating that the accuracy of this testing method was superior(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was also higher(P>0.05).Research has found that using agglutination method for microbiological testing can improve the positive detection rate of gynecological inflammatory infections,thereby more accurately identifying the pathogen of infection,which is of great significance for guiding clinical treatment.At the same time,this method can also improve patient satisfaction and alleviate unnecessary pain and anxiety.Therefore,agglutination method is a feasible choice for microbiological testing in gynecological inflammation and infection.
