临床免疫检验质量控制相关措施探析

Analysis of Quality Control Measures for Clinical Immune Testing

探究临床免疫检验质量控制相关措施的效果。选取贵州省遵义市凤冈县中医医院2020年1月—2023年1月收治的118例患者为研究对象,其中59例患者为对照组,应用常规的血液标本检查,59例为观察组,应用临床免疫检验质量控制检测模式。比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率和患者满意度。结果显示,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率和患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,采取严格的质量控制措施和规范的检测操作流程是提高临床免疫检验质量的关键,有效的质量管理能够提高检验结果的准确性和可靠性,为患者提供更好的诊疗服务。

Explore the effectiveness of quality control measures for clinical immune testing.A study was conducted on 118 patients admitted to Fenggang Hospital of TCM from January 2020 to January 2023.Among them,59 patients served as the control group,and routine blood sample examinations were used.Fifty-nine patients served as the observation group,and clinical immune testing quality control testing mode was used.The test results and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.The effective rate of treatment efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the overall detection accuracy was significantly improved(P<0.05).In addition,the patient satisfaction of the observation group was also high,indicating a high level of recognition of the testing protocol(P<0.05).Research has found that strict quality control measures and standardized testing procedures are key to improving the quality of clinical immune testing.Effective quality management can improve the accuracy and reliability of test results and provide better diagnosis and treatment services for patients.
