穴位按摩、耳穴贴压对肝硬化腹水患者抑郁状态的影响研究

Evaluation of the Effect of Acupoint Massage and Ear Point Pressing on Depression in Patients with Ascites due to Liver Cirrhosis

研究穴位按摩、耳穴贴压对肝硬化腹水患者抑郁状态的影响。选取江苏省中医院2021年4月—2023年4月收治的60例肝硬化腹水患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用中西医基础护理,观察组联用穴位按摩、耳穴贴压护理。对比两组患者B超下腹水改善情况、护理满意度、营养功能指标、肝功能指标、抑郁状态评分、临床症状评分、生活质量评分和并发症情况。结果显示,观察组患者B超下腹水改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者营养功能指标、肝功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者抑郁状态评分、临床症状评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,穴位按摩、耳穴贴压对肝硬化腹水患者抑郁状态具有积极影响,更具推广价值。

Study the effects of acupoint massage and auricular pressure application on depression in patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites.Sixty patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected,including a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).The control group received basic care of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,while the observation group received a combination of acupoint massage and ear acupoint pressing care.The results showed that the total effective rate of improving abdominal fluid under ultrasound in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of basic nursing care in traditional Chinese and Western medicine(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate was 93.33%,higher than that of basic nursing care in traditional Chinese and Western medicine(P<0.05);The physiological,physical,psychological,and social scores were higher than basic care of traditional Chinese and Western medicine(P<0.05).The total incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,stubborn ascites,and hepatorenal syndrome was 6.67%,which was lower than basic care of traditional Chinese and Western medicine(P<0.05).Research has found that acupoint massage and ear acupoint pressing have a positive impact on the depressive state of patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites,and have more promotional value.
