血液净化技术在治疗高脂血症胰腺炎中的临床疗效分析

摘要 探究在高脂血症胰腺炎治疗中血液净化技术的临床价值。选取贵州医科大学附属白云医院2020年1月—2022年6月收治的64例高脂血症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各32例。对照组采取常规治疗,研究组采取血液净化技术治疗。观察两组治疗情况。结果显示,研究组腹痛缓解时间、肠功能恢复时间、禁食时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清淀粉酶(AMS)、甘油三酯(TG)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转(GGT)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,利用血液净化技术治疗高脂血症胰腺炎可快速降低患者血清甘油三酯水平、阻断炎症因子级联瀑布效应,在较短时间内改善患者临床症状,可推荐应用。 Explore the clinical value of blood purification technology in the treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.64 patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis admitted to The Affiliated Baiyun Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the research group received blood purification technology treatment.Observe the treatment status of both groups.The results showed that the study group had shorter abdominal pain relief time,intestinal function recovery time,fasting time,and hospitalization time than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum Amylase,TG and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,ALP,and GGT in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that using blood purification technology to treat hyperlipidemic pancreatitis can quickly reduce patients’serum triglyceride levels,block the cascade effect of inflammatory factors,and improve patients’clinical symptoms in a short period of time,which can be recommended for application.
