The Impact of Refined Management on the Quality of Care and Patient Satisfaction in the Operating Room

分析精细化管理对手术室护理质量及患者满意度的影响。选取在罗城仫佬族自治县人民医院手术室就诊的患者100例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行手术室精细化管理,对比护理效果。结果表明,观察组护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,精细化管理符合医院在该领域的发展方向,值得深入研究和探讨。

The impact of refined management on the quality of care and patient satisfaction in the operating room was analyzed.A total of 100 patients were selected in the operating room of Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County People’s Hospital,and the control group was routinely nursed,and the observation group underwent fine management of the operating room to compare the nursing effect.The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study finds that refined management is in line with the development direction of hospitals in this field,and is worthy of in-depth study and discussion.
