优质化护理在预防荨麻疹患者并发症中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of High-quality Nursing in Preventing Complications of Urticaria Patients

分析优质化护理干预应用于荨麻疹患者中的效果。将2020年1月—2022年11月在空军军医大学第二附属医院接受治疗的85例荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,行对比性研究,将其设置为对照组(n=42)和实验组(n=43)。对照组开展常规护理,实验组开展优质化护理干预。比较患者护理效果的组间差异。实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,情绪健康评分得以改善且优于对照组,康复有效率、预后生活质量评分、护理满意度高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异显著,(P<0.05)。研究发现,优质化护理干预应用于荨麻疹患者中的临床护理价值确切,可显著控制患者病情,降低并发症和复发的发生率,改善患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量和满意度,具有较高的推广价值。

Analyze the effectiveness of high-quality nursing interventions applied to urticaria patients.A comparative study was conducted on 85 urticaria patients admitted for treatment during the study period from January 2020 to November 2022.They were then divided into a control group(n=42)and an experimental group(n=43).The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received high-quality nursing interventions.Compare the differences in patient care outcomes between groups.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the emotional health score was improved and better than that in the control group.The rehabilitation efficiency,prognosis quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,while the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the clinical nursing value of high-quality nursing intervention in urticaria patients is accurate,which can significantly control the patient’s condition,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence Improving patients’negative emotions,improving their quality of life and satisfaction,has high promotional value.
