摘要
为探讨全程健康教育对糖尿病患者血糖控制及自我管理行为的影响,选取2021年4月—2022年4月青岛大学附属医院收治的178例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照单双数法平均分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组各89例。观察组实施全程健康教育干预,对照组实施常规干预。对比两组患者自我管理能力评分、管理满意率以及血糖、血脂控制达标率。结果显示,干预前,两组患者的自我管理能力评分比较无差异(P>0.05),干预6个月后,观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组管理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),且血糖、血脂相关指标控制达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育,能够有效提升患者的自我管理能力以及管理满意率,临床应用价值显著。
In order to explore the effect of whole process health education on blood sugar control and self-management behavior of diabetes patients,178 diabetes patients admitted from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects,89 patients in each group,respectively,the observation group and the control group.The former implemented whole process health education,the latter implements routine interventions(including requiring patients to undergo regular blood glucose,blood lipid,and other examinations,evaluating the compliance of various indicators,and adjusting treatment plans;providing medication to patients according to medical advice,clarifying medication methods and precautions,and requiring patients to strictly follow medical advice).The results showed that there was no difference in self-management level between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and after 6 months of intervention,the self-management level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance rate of blood glucose related indicators in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);And the satisfaction level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the implementation of whole process health education for diabetes patients can effectively improve patients’selfmanagement and management satisfaction rate,with significant clinical application value.
