健康管理在糖尿病预防控制中的应用探究

Application of Health Management in the Prevention and Control of Diabetes

为评析健康管理在糖尿病预防控制中的影响,选取2021年4月—2022年4月息烽县疾病预防控制中心收治的86例确诊为2型糖尿病的患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法平均分为两组,分别为参照组和试验组,每组各43例。参照组采用药物治疗模式,试验组采用健康管理模式(主要是应用饮食+运动+药物治疗方案)。对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗满意度、血糖水平、血脂水平和胰岛水平。结果显示,治疗后,试验组临床疗效、治疗满意度、血糖水平、血脂水平,治疗6个月后胰岛水平均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,糖尿病预防控制中,在药物治疗基础上,联合健康管理模式,即应用饮食与运动疗法,利于改善患者糖脂代谢水平,优化患者胰岛功能,提高临床疗效和患者满意度。

To evaluate the influence of health management on the prevention and control of diabetes.A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from April 2021 to April 2022.Grouping:Random number table method.Reference group:43 cases,treated with medication.Experimental group:43 cases,with a health management model,mainly using a diet+exercise+medication treatment plan.Evaluate the blood glucose control status of each group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,treatment satisfaction,blood glucose levels,blood lipid levels,and 6-month pancreatic islet levels in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that in the prevention and control of diabetes,on the basis of drug treatment,the combined health management model,that is,the application of diet and exercise therapy,is conducive to improving the level of glucose and lipid metabolism of patients,and can also improve the function of pancreatic islets,which is conducive to improving clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction.
