拓展型舒适护理联合激励式心理干预在肺癌化疗患者中的应用

The Application of Extended Comfort Nursing Combined with Motivational Psychological Intervention in Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

探究分析拓展型舒适护理联合激励式心理干预应用于肺癌化疗患者中的作用。在2020年1月—2022年1月期间空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的肺癌患者中抽取72例纳入观察样本,所有患者均择机开展化疗,通过电脑分组法将其分为对照组(n=36)、研究组(n=36),分别开展常规护理、拓展型舒适护理联合激励式心理干预。研究组肺癌患者的症状缓解时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者的康复有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理后的舒适度评分有所提高且高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者化疗后一年复发率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),但两组患者化疗期间的并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,拓展型舒适护理联合激励式心理干预应用于肺癌化疗患者中的效果确切,可缩短患者病程、促进患者康复、提高患者舒适度,值得推广。

Exploring and analyzing the role of extended comfort nursing combined with motivational psychological intervention in lung cancer chemotherapy patients.During the period from January 2020 to January 2022,72 lung cancer patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were selected as observation samples.All patients chose to undergo chemotherapy and were divided into a control group(n=36)and a study group(n=36)using computer grouping method.Regular care,extended comfort care,and motivational psychological intervention were carried out to compare the treatment status,rehabilitation efficiency,and comfort scores of the two sample lung cancer patients Intergroup differences in the incidence of complications and recurrence rates.The symptom relief time and hospitalization time of lung cancer patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The rehabilitation efficiency of the study group patients was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The comfort score of the study group patients after nursing care improved and was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The oneyear recurrence rate of patients in the study group after chemotherapy was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications during chemotherapy between the two groups(P>0.05).Research has found that the application of extended comfort nursing combined with motivational psychological intervention in lung cancer chemotherapy patients has a definite effect,can shorten the patient’s course,promote patient recovery,and improve patient comfort,which is worth promoting.
