静脉中心置管患者的血管通路保护研究

Protection of Vascular Access in Patients with Central Venous Catheterization

分析静脉中心置管患者血管通路保护情况。选取通城县人民医院2020年—2023年收治的2000例PICC置管患者和输液管患者为研究对象,均采取延续性血管通路保护,设定为观察组;选取通城县人民医院2018年—2019年收治的1000例置管患者作为对照组,未采取血管通路保护。分析实施前和实施后具体情况。研究发现,静脉中心置管患者的血管通路保护能够提高患者健康知识掌握度,促使患者积极配合治疗,同时还能降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,值得应用推广。

Analyze the protection of vascular access in patients with central venous catheterization.2000 patients with PICC catheterization and infusion catheterization admitted from 2020 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects,all of whom were protected by continuous vascular access and set as the observation group.1000 catheterized patients who received catheterization from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the control group,without vascular pathway protection.Analyze the specific situation before and after implementation.indicating a statistically significant difference.Research has found that the protection of vascular access for patients with central venous catheterization can improve their understanding of health knowledge,encourage patients to actively cooperate with treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve quality of life.It is worth paying attention to and actively applying.
