To explore the effect of hemoperfusion in the treatment of nursing interventions in patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.A total of 16 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to Nayong County People's Hospital were randomly selected for clinical practice research, and after enrollment, the patients were grouped by two-color ball method,8 cases were included in the observation group,8 cases were assigned to white balls into the control group, and the patients in both groups underwent hemoperfusion therapy, and during the treatment, the observation group and the control group were given bundle nursing and routine nursing auxiliary intervention. The recovery time, complication rate and nursing efficacy of cholinesterase activity were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the recovery time of cholinesterase activity was shorter than that of the control group(179.54±12.68)(P<0.05);the observation group(0.00%)was lower than that of the control group(25.00%)(P<0.05);the total effective rate of nursing was higher in the observation group(100.00%)than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Studies have found that the combination of cluster nursing intervention during hemoperfusion therapy in patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can not only prevent complications, but also shorten the prognosis cycle, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
