断指再植术治疗手指完全离断的效果及对断指功能的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Replantation of Severed Fingers on Completely Severed Fingers and its Impact on Finger Function

为探讨采用断指再植术治疗手指完全离断的临床效果,评估其应用价值,选取贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州人民医院2019年5月—2022年10月收治的40例手指完全离断患者作为研究对象,按照信封法将其平均分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组实施常规断指修复治疗,观察组实施断指再植术治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和手指功能恢复情况。结果显示,治疗后,观察组的临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的远端指间关节活动度显著高于对照组,观察组的两点辨别觉显著低于对照组,观察组的指甲长度显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,断指再植术治疗患者手指完全离断的效果显著,其效果主要取决于手术操作质量和个体差异,多数患者可以恢复与完整手指相似的功能,但少数患者可能会有轻微的残遗障碍,断指再植术可促进患者的患指功能恢复,值得在临床推广应用。

Explore the clinical effect of finger replantation for the treatment of completely severed fingers and evaluate its application value.Forty patients with complete finger amputation admitted to Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from May 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the envelope method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine finger repair treatment,while the observation group received finger replantation surgery.The results showed that after treatment,the clinical treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The distal interphalangeal joint activity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the two-point discrimination of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The nail length of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that replantation of severed fingers has a significant effect on treating patients with completely severed fingers,which mainly depends on the quality of surgical procedures and individual differences.Most patients can recover similar functions to intact fingers,but a few patients may have slight residual disorders.Replantation of severed fingers can promote the recovery of finger function in patients,and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
