急诊护理快速通道模式对急性脑卒中救治时间及治疗效果的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Emergency Nursing Fast Channel on the Treatment Time and Therapeutic Effect of Acute Stroke

为分析在急性脑卒中急诊治疗中应用急诊护理快速通道模式的价值及其对救治时间、治疗效果的影响,选取2021年11月—2022年11月在南通大学第二附属医院急诊科接受治疗的74例急性脑卒中患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各37例患者。对照组使用急诊科常规护理模式,观察组使用急诊护理快速通道模式,比较两组患者救治时间及治疗效果。结果显示,观察组的救治时间更短(P<0.05)。观察组患者的致残率、致死率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,应用急诊护理快速通道模式,能够有效缩短急性脑卒中救治时间,对提高疗效,降低死亡率和致残率有积极意义。

Analyze the value of applying emergency nursing fast track in emergency treatment of acute stroke and its impact on treatment time and effectiveness.74 patients with acute stroke who received treatment in the Emergency Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 37 patients in each group.The control group used conventional emergency nursing mode,while the observation group used emergency nursing fast track.The treatment time and effectiveness of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the treatment time in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).The disability and mortality rates of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of emergency nursing fast track can effectively shorten the treatment time of acute stroke,improve the efficacy,reduce mortality and disability rates,and have positive significance.
