处方点评对医院门诊处方用药不合格率的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Prescription Review on the Unqualified Rate of Prescription Medication in Hospital Outpatients

为研究处方点评对医院门诊处方用药不合格率的影响,选取2021年7月—2023年3月贵州省独山县人民医院的4000份处方作为研究对象,处方点评实施前的处方为对照组,处方点评实施后的处方为研究组,每组各2000份处方。对比两组处方存在的问题以及处方引起的医疗纠纷情况。结果显示,研究组存在的问题明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。处方点评实施后,相关医疗纠纷事件明显减少(P<0.05)。研究发现,处方点评模式可以改善医院门诊处方,提升患者用药合理性,避免发生医疗纠纷事件,有应用价值。

Study the impact of prescription review on the unqualified rate of outpatient prescription medication in hospitals.4000 prescriptions from Dushan County People’s Hospital from July 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The prescriptions before the implementation of prescription review were used as the control group,while the prescriptions after the implementation of prescription review were used as the research group,with 2000 prescriptions in each group.Compare the problems and medical disputes between the two groups of prescriptions.The results showed that the research group had significantly fewer problems than the control group(P<0.05).After the implementation of prescription review,the number of related medical disputes significantly decreased(P<0.05).Research has found that the prescription review model can improve outpatient prescriptions in hospitals,enhance the rationality of patient medication,and avoid medical disputes,which has practical value.
