协同治理模式下我国群众体育赛事治理模式改革的策略选择

Strategy Choice of the Reform of the Governance Model of China's Mass Sports Events under the Collaborative Governance Model

在推进体育治理体系和治理能力现代化的大背景下,对我国现行的群众体育赛事治理模式进行改革势在必行。作为公共管理最新发展的理论范式——协同治理,为我国群众体育赛事治理模式的改革提供了新的、更为有效的研究视野和探索思路。为此,尝试性地提出构建群众体育赛事协同治理模式的主张。在依据协同治理理论的基础上,对该理论与群众体育赛事运营的契合性进行解析,并对群众体育赛事协同治理的特征及其理论价值进行阐释。

Under the general background of promoting the modernization of the sports governance system and governance capacity,it is imperative to reform the current governance model of mass sports events in China."Collaborative governance",as the latest theoretical paradigm of public management,provides a new and more effective research vision and exploration idea for the reform of the governance model of China's mass sports events.To this end,this paper tries putting forward the idea of constructing a collaborative governance model of mass sports events.On the basis of the theory of collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the compatibility of the theory and the operation of mass sports events,and makes an explanation of the characteristics and theoretical value of the collaborative governance of mass sports events.
