“教会、勤练、常赛”理念下学校体育开展走班制教学的探索

Exploration of the Implementation of School Physical Education Optional-Class-System Teaching under the Concept of"Teaching Well,Practicing More and Competing Regularly"

党的二十大报告赋予了体育教育新使命新任务,在“双减”政策背景下,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,对体育走班制教学模式和“教会、勤练、常赛”课程理念进行研究,发现新时代学校体育落实“教会、勤练、常赛”课程理念需要从3点出发:第一,“教会”是基础,会用是关键;第二,“勤练”是手段,兴趣为先导;第三,“常赛”是目标,全员齐参与。而体育走班制教学模式通过聚焦运动技能教学主线,提升体育育人实效;培养学生专项兴趣,激发学生练习积极性;运用“以赛促学、以赛促练、以赛促教”模式,打造新时代育人模式,是学校体育落实“教会、勤练、常赛”的保障。在“教会、勤练、常赛”课程理念下构建体育走班制教学模式和管理机制,以期助力学校体育有效落实“教会、勤练、常赛”课程理念,承担起国家赋予体育教育的新使命新任务,以期实现体育强国的目标。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China gave new missions and tasks to physical education.In the context of the"double reduction"policy,the methods of literature,expert interviews and logical analysis are used to study the teaching model of the physical education optional-class system and the curriculum concept of"teaching well,practicing more and competing regularly".It is found that in the new era,the implementation of the curriculum concept of"teaching well,practicing more and competing regularly"in school physical education needs to start from three points.Firstly,"teaching well"is the foundation,and being able to use is crucial.Secondly,"practicing more"is the means,and interest is the guide.Thirdly,"competing regularly"is the goal,and all people participate.The teaching model of the physical education optional-class system focuses on the main teaching line of"sports skills"to improve the educational effectiveness of physical education,cultivates students'"special interests"to stimulate their enthusiasm in practice,and uses the model of"promoting learning through competitions,training through competitions and teaching through competitions"to create an education model in the new era,and it is the guarantee for the implementation of"teaching well,practicing more and competing regularly"in school physical education.Under the curriculum concept of"teaching well,practicing more and competing regularly",the teaching model and management mechanism of the physical education optional-class system are constructed,in order to help effectively implement the curriculum concept of"teaching well,practicing more and competing regularly"in school physical education,undertake new missions and tasks assigned to physical education by the state,and achieve the goal of building a sports powerhouse.
