摘要
为解决单刀辊电动蔗叶还田机中蔗叶易缠绕、易产生自激风场吹跑蔗叶导致切断不完全等问题,对还田机刀辊部件包括结构、尺寸、材料等进行创新优化设计。新刀辊设计有套筒,通过增大刀辊直径减小蔗叶缠绕概率,通过MATLAB多目标规划方法对刀辊的主要设计尺寸进行了优化,利用ANSYS Workbench对新刀辊的高速旋转工作状态进行模态分析。分析结果表明,新刀辊在工作状态下不会发生共振,能够满足农艺要求;在新刀辊的基础上创新提出了前、后双轴刀辊联动布置设计。新刀辊拥有刀具长度可调节、不易缠绕、使用灵活的特点;双刀辊联动设计中刀辊之间形成的自激风场相互抵消,同时能对蔗叶进行二次切割,有效减缓了蔗叶缠绕和切断不充分的问题,提升了还田机工作的可靠性和蔗叶还田的效率。
In order to solve the entanglement problems of the electric sugarcane leaves,and incomplete cutting off of a single knife roller returning machine,an innovative optimization design for the knife roller parts of the field returning machine was carried out,including the structure,size and material.The new knife roller was designed with sleeve,reducing the probability of sugarcane leaf winding by increasing the diameter of the knife roller,and the MATLAB multi-objective planning method was used to optimize the main design size,and analyze the high-speed rotation state of the new knife roller by ANSYS Workbench.The results showed that the new knife roller did not resonate in working condition and could meet the agronomic requirements.The linkage layout design was proposed based on the new knife roller.The new roller had adjustable tool length,less winding and flexible use;in the linkage design,the self-exciting wind field formed between the rollers canceled out each other,which effectively reduced the problem of leaves winding and insufficient cutting,and improved the reliability of the returning machine and the efficiency of the sugarcane leaves returning to the field.
