挖树机底盘总成结构设计及有限元分析

摘要 底盘总成是挖树机的重要组成部分,在挖树机中起支撑和容纳作用。为保证挖树机安全稳定运行,对挖树机的底盘总成进行了结构设计分析。采用SolidWorks和ANSYS Workbench联合仿真,得到底盘架有限元静力分析的应力分布和变形情况,以及其模态分析的前4阶固有频率和振型。由底盘架静力和模态分析结果发现其结构强度、刚度均符合要求,并且避开了底盘架共振的频率区域,研究证实该结构设计可靠。 The chassis assembly is an important part of the tree digger,which plays a supporting and accommodating role in the tree digger.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the tree excavator,the structural design analysis of the chassis assembly of the tree excavator was carried out.Using the joint simulation method of SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench,the stress distribution and deformation of the chassis frame after finite element static analysis,as well as the first four natural frequencies and mode shapes after modal analysis,were obtained.By analyzing the static analysis and modal analysis results of the chassis frame,it was found that the structural strength and stiffness met the requirements and avoided the frequency region of the chassis resonant.The study confirms the reliability of the structural design.
