摘要
为研究安徽省徒手格斗对抗性项群运动员在第十四届全运会赛前不同生化指标的变化特点,以更好地开展运动员的机能评定和训练监控,对安徽省拳击、散打、跆拳道、空手道、摔跤、柔道队49名参赛运动员进行赛前2次生化指标监测。结果表明,安徽省徒手格斗对抗性项群运动员在赛前2周训练的负荷量和负荷强度调整合理,赛前1周时运动员机能状态较好。徒手格斗对抗性项群运动员在赛前调整训练期间,运用血红蛋白、血清肌酸激酶、血尿素氮、血睾酮、血皮质醇、血睾酮/血皮质醇指标进行监测,可以反映运动员赛前一定的机能状态和竞技状态。该研究旨在为徒手格斗对抗性项群运动员的赛前调控及科学指导训练提供理论依据。
In order to study the change characteristics of different biochemical indexes of athletes in antagonistic unarmed combat event groups in Anhui Province before the 14th National Games to better develop athletes'functional evaluation and training monitoring,the biochemical indexes of 49 athletes from boxing,sanda,Taekwondo,karate,wrestling and judo teams in Anhui Province were monitored twice before the competition.The results showed that the load and load intensity of athletes in antagonistic unarmed combat event groups in Anhui Province in the two weeks before the competition were adjusted reasonably,and that athletes'functional state was better in the one week before the competition.The indexes of hemoglobin,serum creatine kinase,blood urea nitrogen,testosterone,cortisol and testosterone/cortisol are used to monitor athletes in antagonistic unarmed combat event groups during the precompetition adjustment training,which can reflect athletes'certain functional state and competitive state before the competition.This study aims to provide theoretical basis for the precompetition regulation and scientific guidance training of athletes in antagonistic unarmed combat event groups.
