山东省体育产业供给侧改革路径研究——基于生产要素视角

Research on the Supply-Side Reform Path of the Sports Industry in Shandong Province-Based on the Perspective of Production Factors

该文采用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,从劳动力、土地、资本、技术四大生产要素分析体育产业高质量发展的内在作用机制。研究发现,当前山东省体育产业供给侧改革面临劳动力要素缺口不断扩大、土地要素配置亟待优化、资本要素支撑有待提高、技术要素赋能相对滞后等现实困境,并相应提出加强人才培养、优化土地配置、吸引社会资本、支持技术创新等实现路径,为山东省体育产业供给侧改革提供可行性建议。

Using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the high-quality development of the sports industry from the four major production factors of labor,land,capital and technology.The research results find that the current supply-side reform of the sports industry in Shandong Province is facing practical difficulties such as the widening gap in labor factors,the urgent need to optimize the allocation of land factors,the need to improve the support of capital factors,and the relatively lagging empowerment of technological factors,and the implementation paths of strengthening talent cultivation,optimizing land allocation,attracting social capital and supporting technological innovation are proposed accordingly,so as to provide feasible suggestions for the supply-side reform of the sports industry in Shandong Province.
