摘要
中医传统功法是根植于深厚的中华民族传统文化土壤中的传统体育运动,有着丰富的中医文化和民族传统体育文化资源;教学中蕴含大量的思政元素,具有提高德育与身体素质的功能。从践行高等教育根本任务的时代使命、实现健康中国战略目标的现实之需、推动中医传统功法发展的重要途径三方面探讨中医传统功法课程开展思政建设的紧迫性;以中医传统功法教学为载体,结合湖南中医药大学中医传统功法教学内容,从家国情怀、文化自信、道德观和人文关怀、健康素养4个方面探索中医传统功法教学中的思政元素。期望通过教学实践,将思政元素与课堂教学有机融合,在传授知识和培养能力的同时,实现价值引领,充分发挥中医传统功法教学育人功能。
Traditional Chinese medicine exercises are traditional sports rooted in the deep traditional cultural soil of the Chinese nation,have abundant traditional Chinese culture and traditional national sports culture resources,and contain a large number of ideological and political elements in teaching,which has the function of improving morality and physical quality.This paper discusses the urgency of developing ideological and political construction in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercises course from three aspects:the mission of the times to fulfill the fundamental task of higher education,the practical needs to realize the strategic goal of"Healthy China",and the important ways to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine exercises.With the teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercises as a carrier,combined with the teaching content of Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercise at Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,this paper explores ideological and political elements in the teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercises from the four perspectives of patriotism,cultural confidence,moral outlook and humanistic care,and health literacy.It is expected to organically integrate ideological and political elements into classroom teaching through teaching practice,realize value guidance while imparting knowledge and cultivating abilities,and give fully play to the educational function of Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercise teaching.
