篮球运动员核心价值观与运动中亲反社会行为关系研究——基于成就取向的中介作用分析

篮球运动员的核心价值观对其行为决策起着关键的作用,成就目标理论提供了一个理论框架,以预测和解释篮球运动员的行为模式。以篮球运动员为调查对象,分析篮球运动员核心价值观与运动中亲反社会行为关系。研究结果显示,篮球运动员核心价值观对亲社会行为具有显著的正向预测作用,对反社会行为具有显著的负向预测作用;篮球运动员核心价值观通过促进任务取向,进而显著正向预测亲社会行为;篮球运动员核心价值观通过降低自我取向进而显著负向预测反社会行为。建议:在培养篮球运动员的过程中,教练员不仅要注重技术和体能的提升,还应关注其价值观的培养和教练的执教理念的引导,以促进其全面发展。

The core values of basketball players play a crucial role in their behavioral decision-making,and the achievement goal theory provides a theoretical framework to predict and explain the behavioral patterns of basketball players.Taking basketball players as investigation objects,this paper analyzes the relationship between the core values and prosocial and antisocial behaviors in sports of basketball players.The results show that basketball players'core values have a significant positive predictive effect on prosocial behavior and have a significant negative predictive effect on antisocial behavior,basketball players'core values significantly positively predict prosocial behavior by promoting task orientation,and that basketball players'core values significantly negatively predict antisocial behaviour by reducing self-orientation.It is recommended that in the process of cultivating basketball players,coaches should not only focus on improving their skills and physical fitness,but also pay attention to the cultivation of their values and the guidance of the coach's coaching philosophy,so as to promote their comprehensive development.
