摘要
以间苯二酚、甲醛为原料,无水碳酸钠为催化剂,经溶胶-凝胶、干燥、焙烧后制备出碳气凝胶(CA)载体,随后通过浸渍法制备出Cu/CA催化剂。通过优化一系列实验条件得出:催化剂中Cu质量分数为20%、反应温度为190℃、压力为2.5 MPa、氢酯比为150、LHSVDMO=0.6 h-1时,催化剂表现出最好的催化性能,此时MG收率高达42.0%。催化剂在上述条件下连续运行200 h后,DMO转化率和MG选择性仅略有下降,催化剂表现出了良好的稳定性。
Using resorcinol and formaldehyde as raw materials and anhydrous sodium carbonate as catalyst,carbon aerogel(CA)carrier was prepared by sol-gel,drying and calcination,and then Cu/CA catalyst was prepared by impregnation method.The yield of 42.0%for MG over the optimized 20Cu/CA catalyst under the reaction conditions:190℃and 2.5 MPa,with a H 2/DMO molar ration of 150,and LHSVDMO of 0.6 h-1.Under the above conditions,the DMO conversion and MG selectivity decreased only slightly after 200 h,indicating that the catalyst showed excellent stability.
