心宝丸联合尼可地尔片治疗缺血性心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Ischemic Angina Pectoris with Xinbao Pill and Nicorandil

目的 探究心宝丸联合尼可地尔片治疗缺血性心绞痛的效果。方法 回顾性分析商丘市第五人民医院2021年3月至2023年6月收治的缺血性心绞痛患者的临床资料,对照组(37例)患者接受常规治疗和尼可地尔,观察组(38例)在对照组的基础上加用心宝丸。记录两组治疗效果和血清指标[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)],使用西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评估预后,记录治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组血清指标水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SAQ各维度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各维度评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 心宝丸联合尼可地尔片治疗缺血性心绞痛可提高疾病整体疗效,改善患者血清指标,利于预后,安全性可。

Objective To explore the application value of Xinbao pill combined with nicorandil in the treatment of ischemic angina pectoris.Methods The clinical data of patients with ischemic angina treated in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from March 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The control group(37 cases)received routine treatment and nicorandil,while the observation group(38 cases)received Xinbao pill on the basis of the control group.The serum indexes[high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),creatine kinase isozyme(CK-MB)]of the two groups were recorded.Seattle angina scale(SAQ)was used to evaluate the prognosis and record the adverse reactions during the treatment.Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum indexes of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the scores of each dimension in the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xinbao pill combined with nicorandil tablets can improve the overall curative effect of ischemic angina pectoris,improve the serum indexes of patients,and is beneficial to prognosis and safe.
