脐灸联合法治疗食管癌术后胃肠道功能紊乱患者的效果

Effect of Umbilical Moxibustion Combined Therapy on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Esophageal Cancer Patients

目的 分析脐灸联合法治疗食管癌术后胃肠道功能紊乱患者的效果。方法 回顾性纳入河南省直第三人民医院2021年4月至2023年4月收治的接受食管癌手术治疗的170例食管癌患者进行研究,依据术后干预措施分为对照组和观察组,各85例。观察组接受联合脐灸法治疗,对照组接受常规治疗。两组均从术后第1周开始干预,共干预1个疗程。比较两组术后第1、4周食欲丧失、反流、恶心呕吐、便秘、腹泻、失眠等胃肠道相关并发症发生情况及生命质量问卷表(QLQ-C30)评分情况。结果 术后第4周,对照组食欲丧失、腹泻、失眠发生率下降,观察组各项并发症发生率均下降;且观察组反流、便秘、恶心呕吐发生率低于对照组。术后第4周,两组生命质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脐灸多穴位联合疗法可改善食管癌患者术后胃肠道功能紊乱,提升生存质量,疗效确切。

Objective To analyze the effect of umbilical moxibustion combined therapy on postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in esophageal cancer patients.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 170 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from April 2021 to April 2023.According to postoperative intervention measures,they were divided into two groups,with 85 cases in each group.The observation group received umbilical moxibustion combined therapy,and the control group received routine treatment.Both groups began intervention from the first week after surgery,with a total of one course of intervention.The incidence of gastrointestinal-related complications such as loss of appetite,reflux,nausea and vomiting,constipation,diarrhea and insomnia,and the quality of life questionnaire(QLQ-C30)scores of two groups at first,second,fourth week after operation were compared.Results At the fourth week after surgery,the incidence of appetite loss,diarrhea and insomnia in control group decreased,and the incidence of complications in the observation group decreased(P<0.05).At the fourth week after surgery,the quality score in both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical moxibustion combined therapy can improve the gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients with esophageal cancer after surgery,improve the quality of life,and has a definite effect.
