PBL结合传统教学方法在超声医学教学中的应用

摘要 为探究在超声医学教学中采用PBL结合传统教学方法的应用价值,选取在广西医科大学附属武鸣医院超声诊断科见习的医学生作为研究对象,其中2021年度的医学生作为对照组(54名),给予传统教学方法,2022年度的医学生作为观察组(57名),给予PBL结合传统教学方法。对比教学效果、工作能力评分以及教学满意度。结果显示,观察组医学生的考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组专业技能、自我学习、问题分析、沟通技巧、图像识别、理解记忆、合作能力、知识运用等综合成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学科的渗透结合、激发兴趣、自学能力提高、培养临床思维、综合满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,将PBL教学方法与传统教学相结合,可激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习效率,培养学生自主学习、分析、解决问题和创新思维的能力。在课堂上采用PBL结合传统教学方法有助于教师对课程内容进行更加详细地讲解和分析。PBL结合传统教学方法也是一种新型的教学方式,在实施过程中将PBL结合传统教学方法和现代化的多媒体技术相融合,可有效提高学生对超声医学知识的理解程度和掌握程度。 In order to explore the application value of PBL combined with traditional teaching methods in ultrasonic medicine teaching,medical students on probation in the Ultrasonic Diagnosis Department of Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research objects.Among them,medical students in 2021 served as the control group(54),who were given traditional teaching methods,and medical students in 2022 served as the observation group(57),who were given PBL combined with traditional teaching methods.Compare teaching eff ectiveness,work ability scores,and teaching satisfaction.The results showed that the assessment scores of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher comprehensive scores in professional skills,self-learning,problem analysis,communication skills,image recognition,understanding and memory,cooperative ability,and knowledge application than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed higher levels of discipline integration,interest stimulation,self-learning ability improvement,clinical thinking cultivation,and overall satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that combining PBL teaching methods with traditional teaching can stimulate students’interest in learning,improve learning effi ciency,and cultivate students’ability to learn independently,analyze,solve problems,and innovate thinking.Combining PBL with traditional teaching methods in the classroom can help teachers provide more detailed explanations and analysis of course content.PBL combined with traditional teaching methods is also a new teaching method.In the implementation process,combining PBL with traditional teaching methods and modern multimedia technology can eff ectively improve students’understanding and mastery of ultrasound medicine knowledge.
