摘要
探究了柳州市柳铁中心医院住院患者血液中细菌培养病原菌的分布情况以及相关药敏结果,给临床医生提供了相关实验室根据。选取2022年7月—2022年12月期间使用BACT/ALERTVIRTUO血培养仪进行血培养的2526份病例作为研究对象,采用AUTOF MS1000鉴定仪器对其进行细菌鉴定,使用VITEK 2全自动微生物分析系统进行药敏实验,分析其病原菌分布特征以及药敏结果。研究发现,对分离出的血培养阳性病原菌进行分析,可以了解到其分布以及对抗菌药物的敏感性,能为临床用药提供较为准确的治疗方向,应用效果较优。
In order to understand the distribution of bacterial culture pathogens in the blood of inpatients in Liuzhou Municipal Liutie Central Hospital and the related drug sensitivity results,provide clinicians with relevant laboratory basis.2526 cases using BACT/ALERTVIRTUO blood culture equipment for blood culture from July 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The AUTOF MS1000 identification instrument was used for bacterial identification,and the VITEK 2 fully automated microbial analysis system was used for drug sensitivity experiments to analyze the distribution characteristics of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity results.Research has found that analyzing the isolated blood culture positive pathogenic bacteria can reveal their distribution and sensitivity to antibiotics,providing a more accurate treatment direction for clinical medication and achieving better results.
