血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的临床价值研讨

Clinical Value of Blood Glucose Test and Urine Glucose Test in Patients with Diabetes

探究血糖检验与尿糖检验方式在糖尿病患者病情检验中的临床价值。选取2021年11月—2022年12月在惠水县涟江街道办事处社区卫生服务中心接受血糖检验与尿糖检验的60例高度疑似糖尿病患者为样本,对于患者血糖检验与尿糖检验结果进行分析,以同期接受健康体检的60例健康受检者为样本,评价糖尿病患者血糖指标与健康受检者血糖指标数据差异,完成血糖检验与尿糖检验在糖尿病患者病情检验中的价值分析。研究结果显示,基于糖尿病的病情诊断,血糖检验结果的临床检验准确性与阳性检出率更高。研究发现,尿糖检验结果基于其取样方便,检验快捷的技术优势,在糖尿病病情诊断中具有重要的应用价值,可将其作为范围筛查的检验方式,完成高度疑似糖尿病患者的生理状态评估,后续基于血糖检验等其他精确度更高的检验方式,来明确患者的病理表现,能更加有效地实现糖尿病病情的检验,使得后续医疗干预措施有效实施。

To explore the clinical value of blood sugar test and urine sugar test in the condition test of diabetes patients.We selected 60 highly suspected diabetes patients who received blood sugar test and urine sugar test in the Community Health Service Center of Lianjiang Subdistricts of China,Huishui County from November 2021 to December 2022 as samples,analyzed the results of blood sugar test and urine sugar test,and evaluated the diff erence between blood sugar index of diabetes patients and blood sugar index of healthy subjects by taking 60 healthy subjects who received health physical examination in the same period as samples,Complete the value analysis of blood sugar test and urine sugar test in the condition test of diabetes patients.The results showed that based on the diagnosis of diabetes,the clinical test accuracy and positive detection rate of blood glucose test results were higher.The study found that the urine sugar test results,based on technical advantages such as convenient sampling and fast testing,also have important application value in the diagnosis of diabetes.It can be used as a test method for range screening to complete the physiological state assessment of highly suspected diabetes patients.Later,based on other more accurate test methods such as blood glucose test,the pathological performance of patients can be identifi ed,which can more eff ectively achieve the detection of diabetes,enable the eff ective implementation of subsequent medical intervention plans.
