临床护理路径在冠心病介入治疗护理中的价值研究

Study on the Value of Clinical Nursing Pathways in Interventional Therapy Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease

分析临床护理路径在冠心病介入治疗护理中的价值。选取2022年1月—2022年12月上海健康医学院附属嘉定区中心医院收治的40例冠心病介入治疗护理患者为研究对象,以上患者接受双盲法平均分为两组,每组各20例患者。对比组采用常规护理,分析组采用临床护理路径,对比分析两组患者住院指标、并发症发生率、对护理满意度、护理前后生活质量。结果显示,护理前,分析组和对比组生活质量接近(P>0.05),护理后,分析组住院指标、并发症发生率、对护理满意度、生活质量均优于对比组(P<0.05)。研究表明,目前在冠心病介入治疗护理中,临床护理路径是十分必要的,其护理效果更好,更有利于患者指标改善,安全性更高,应在该领域广泛应用。

Analyze the value of clinical nursing pathways in interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.From January 2022 to December 2022,40 nursing patients with coronary heart disease treated by interventional therapy in Jiading District Central Hospital Affi liated to Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences were selected as the research objects.The above patients were divided into two groups with 20 patients in each group.The comparison group used routine nursing,while the analysis group used clinical nursing pathways.The hospitalization indicators,incidence of complications,satisfaction with nursing,and quality of life before and after nursing were compared and analyzed between the two groups of patients.The results showed that before nursing,the quality of life in the analysis group and the control group was close(P>0.05),while after nursing,the hospitalization indicators,incidence of complications,satisfaction with nursing,and quality of life in the analysis group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has shown that in the current nursing care of coronary heart disease intervention therapy,clinical nursing pathways are very necessary.In the long run,their nursing eff ects are better,more conducive to improving patient indicators,and have higher safety.They should be widely applied in this fi eld.
