2021年习水县手足口病流行病学分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Hand,Foot,and Mouth Disease in Xishui County in 2021

分析习水县手足口病(hand foot mouth disease,HFMD)的流行病学特征,为下一步制订HFMD预防控制策略提供科学依据。采用描述性流行病学方法对2021年习水县HFMD病例资料进行分析。结果显示,2021年习水县共报告HFMD582例,无死亡病例;病例主要集中在县城区;其中3~6月发病人数占总发病人数的82.99%;病例以散居儿童为主;发病年龄多为5岁以下;男性患者有338例,女性患者有244例,男女性别比为1.39:1。研究发现,2021年习水县HFMD发病以5岁以下散居儿童为主,男性多于女性,发病呈明显的季节性,今后应重点加强托幼机构HFMD的防控工作,加大农村地区的健康教育和卫生宣传力度,有效控制HFMD的发生和流行。

Analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand,foot,and mouth disease in Xishui County,and provide scientifi c basis for formulating prevention and control strategies for hand,foot,and mouth disease in the next step.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of hand,foot,and mouth disease cases in Xishui County in 2021.The results showed that in 2021,there were 582 cases of hand foot mouth disease reported in Xishui County,and no deaths;The cases are mainly concentrated in the county and urban areas;The number of cases from March to June accounted for 82.99%of the total number of cases;The cases are mainly scattered children;The onset age is mostly under 5 years old;There were 338 male patients and 244 female patients.The Sex ratio of men and women was 1.39:1.Research has found that in 2021,the incidence of hand,foot,and mouth disease in Xishui County was mainly among scattered children under the age of 5,with more males than females,showing a signifi cant seasonal pattern.In the future,it is necessary to focus on strengthening the prevention and control of hand,foot,and mouth disease in daycare institutions,increasing health education and publicity eff orts in rural areas,and eff ectively controlling the occurrence and prevalence of hand,foot,and mouth disease.
