骨结核患者术后中医康复护理研究

A Study on Postoperative Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Bone Tuberculosis

为探讨将中医康复护理应用于骨结核患者术后的效果及应用价值,选取2021年1月—2022年3月到贵阳市公共卫生救治中心接受了手术治疗的90例骨结核患者为研究对象,按照随机平均的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。观察组患者术后采用中医康复护理,对照组患者术后采用常规康复护理,对比两组护理效果。结果显示,观察组绝对卧床时间、下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后7天和15天NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肌力分级、世界卫生组织生存质量(WHOQOL-100)量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,骨结核患者术后应用中医康复护理可以有效减轻疼痛,减少并发症的发生,缩短康复时间,提高生活质量。

In order to explore the eff ect and application value of applying traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing to patients with bone tuberculosis after surgery,90 patients with bone tuberculosis who received surgical treatment in Guiyang Public Health Clinical Center from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random average,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group patients received postoperative rehabilitation care using traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group patients received routine rehabilitation care after surgery.Compare the nursing eff ects between the two groups.The observation group had shorter absolute bedridden time,bedridden time,and hospitalization time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The NRS score and total incidence of complications were signifi cantly lower than the control group at 3、7 and 15 days after surgery(P<0.05),and the muscle strength grade and WHOQOL-100 scale score were signifi cantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that applying traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing to postoperative patients with bone tuberculosis can eff ectively alleviate pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten rehabilitation time,and improve quality of life.
