健康教育在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中的应用价值分析

摘要 探讨在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中采用不同的临床护理干预所取得的效果。选取无棣县人民医院骨科2020年1月—2022年10月收治80例老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者作为研究对象,并将其随机划分为对照组40例(常规护理干预)与试验组40例(常规护理+健康教育),护理干预结束后,对各项数据进行统计与比较。结果显示,护理前,各项评分的组间比较未见显著差异(P>0.05),在实施不同的护理干预后,试验组患者的HPLP评分、Harris评分与护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中强化对患者的健康教育,能够帮助患者全面掌握疾病知识,改善患者负面情绪,提高患者生活质量。 To explore the results of diff erent clinical intervention in osteoporotic hip fractures in the elderly.80 elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture were admitted in the department of orthopedics from January 2020 to October 2022,which were randomly divided into 40 cases in the control group(routine nursing intervention)and 40 cases in the experimental group(routine nursing+health education).After the end of the nursing intervention,the data were counted and compared.Before nursing,there was no signifi cant diff erence between the group scores(P>0.05).After the implementation of diff erent nursing interventions,the HPLP score,Harris score and nursing satisfaction of the test group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).To strengthen the health education of patients in the elderly,who can fully master the disease knowledge,improve their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
