心理康复护理对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing on quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after stroke

目的 分析心理康复护理对脑卒中后偏瘫患者生活质量影响.方法 本次研究对象来源于本院2020年1月~2022年1月住院的110例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,根据随机数字表法分组(每组n=55),对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理康复护理,对比两组患者的肢体肌力、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分、世界卫生组织生活质量简明量表(WHOOOLBREF)评分及患者满意度.结果 观察组肢体肌力与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05).观察组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组,观察组护理后CD-RISC评分、WHOOOLBREF评分均高于对照组,观察组患者满意度(94.55%)高于对照组(70.91%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心理康复护理可有效减轻脑卒中后偏瘫患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,增强心理韧性,提高睡眠质量及患者满意度.

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of pa-tients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 110 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were enrolled and divided into groups(n=55 in each group)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The limb muscle strength,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Who concise quality of life scale(whooolbref)score and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results There were not differ-ence on limb muscle strength between two groups(P>0.05).The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,the CD-RISC score and whooolbref score of the observa-tion group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the patient satisfaction of the observation group(94.55%)was higher than that of the control group(70.91%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce the adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,enhance psychological toughness,and improve sleep quality and patient satisfaction.
