强化心理护理对重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者负性情绪及血气指标的影响

Effect of intensive psychological nursing on negative emotion and blood acid-alkali indexes in patients with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure

目的 评估强化心理护理应用在重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者中的效果及对患者负性情绪、血气指标的影响.方法 纳入2019年10月~2020年12月的136例重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法方式分配病例至观察组(纳入68例,在对照组基础上加用强化心理护理)、对照组(纳入68例,提供常规治疗和护理),评价组间负性情绪评分、血气指标、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、临床指标.结果 (1)护理后,观察组负性情绪评分、血气指标、PSQI评分更佳(P<0.05);(2)较之对照组,观察组临床指标(气促缓解、咳嗽消失、机械通气、住院时间)更佳(P<0.05).结论 对重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者实施强化心理护理,能够改善血气指标,减轻负性情绪,提高睡眠质量,缩短病程.

Objective To evaluate the effect of intensive psychological nursing in patients with severe pneu-monia with respiratory failure and its effect on negative emotion and blood acid-alkali indexes.Methods 136 patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure from October 2019 to December 2020 were included in the study.The patients were randomly assigned to the observation group(68 cases were included,and strengthened psychological care was added to the control group)and the control group(68 cases were included,and routine treatment and care were provided)using a random number table method.The negative emotional score,blood gas indicators,Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and clinical indicators between the groups were evaluated.Results(1)After nursing,the negative emotion score,blood gas index and PSQI score of the observation group were better(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the clinical indexes(relief of shortness of breath,disappearance of cough,mechanical venti-lation and hospital stay)in the observation group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive psychological nurs-ing for patients with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure can improve blood acid-alkali indexes,reduce negative emotions,improve sleep quality and shorten the course of disease.
